Hottie’s Smokin’ Meats

Hottie Hawg’s offers a variety of succulent meats so you can really pig out! Pork, beef, chicken, sausage, on the bone, off the bone – however you want it!

Pulled Pork
Pulled pork hickory smoked to perfection! 8 hours in Hottie’s smoker and then sauced to your liking. You’ll want to just scoop it up with your bare hands.

Rebel Ribs
These are Baby Back Ribs with a little Southern flair. Hottie rubs the ribs with her top-secret spices, smokes them like she’s fogging for a picnic, then chars ‘em off just right. Eat meat off the bone like a caveman!

Tall Boy Chicken
Whether you prefer legs or breasts you will appreciate our Tall Boy Chicken. The beer can makes the bird so juicy that you’ll swear it should come out of the egg like this.

Brisket
We start with a slab of beef that could just about stop a bullet (a bad day for Billy Bob). Then we season and slow smoke it for 20 hours and slap it on your plate– BAM!

Classic Hickory
This sauce is for the traditionalist. A legendary blend that will make your mouth water.

Maple Habanero
With Canada to the north and Mexico to the south, Boss Hawg decided to blend the two cultures in his original masterpiece. After it melted the tusks off one of his buddies, Boss toned it down for the general public!

Hot Bastard Mustard
Named after Hottie’s Granpappy, this sauce is a longtime staple of Carolina barbecue.

Ginger Spice
This exotic blend is kind of like ginger tea – if ginger tea carried a machete and flame-thrower! But don’t be scared, this is Hottie’s Favorite!
